SwoleMates provides clients ages 13-100yr, a 30 minute buddy workout at $5 a session. No booking, wellness on site. Bringing tools of a gym, spirit of a trainer closer to you! A rotation of various locations aimed to promote wellness through out Midwest City. Clients have their choice of workout and gym buddy to create a motivating experience. Swolemates will assist Oklahomans in starting, maintaining and supporting a healthy fitness regimen
